About the job: We are looking for an experienced full-time Enterprise Account Executive to service the growing demand for our solution in the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for taking sales qualified opportunities to signed contracts and delivering on our ambitious growth plan by building and converting our robust pipeline of enterprise customers. This is a salary + uncapped commission position.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bring qualified opportunities to signed contracts 

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales

  • Use your solution selling expertise to qualify targets and identify business potential to create strategic, long-term partnerships with customers.

  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings

  • Developing and implementing best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy

  • Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet targets.

  • Work in partnership with our Sales Development Representatives for sales leads and opportunities.

 

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • 4+ years in a similar role at a start-up or Enterprise software company

  • Proven track record of success in sales, ideally with a SaaS background with emphasis on customer acquisition and positioning of complex enterprise applications.

  • Evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.

  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.

  • Excellent researching skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus

Interview Format

 

  • Round 1: 15-minute interview with VP Enterprise Sales 

  • Round 2: 1-hour interview with CEO

    • Please come prepared to demonstrate your sales methodology and how you would take a sale from qualified to contract signed.
