The Mentor Method is a fast-growing enterprise SaaS startup searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a growing business. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) marketing organization that spans awareness, engagement, sales enablement, and lead generation.
Partner with Business Development, Product, and leadership to execute elements of a comprehensive integrated marketing plan to execute ongoing goals. You will help plan campaigns, set KPIs, help define messaging, educate internal stakeholders and report results with key learnings in a variety of forums, including frequent Leadership Team reviews.
Develop and deploy a broad range of marketing programs – focused heavily on email marketing, content creation and webinars. Experience building and sending campaigns through HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation tool) is preferred.
Collaborate with others on the team to ensure the right customers are targeted for each campaign and our story is timely according to the selling season. Your efforts will include plans to support Customer Success in achieving aggressive implementation targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new opportunities.
Develop insights and recommendations to continuously improve program effectiveness; Brainstorm and implement creative and innovative demand gen ideas.

Bachelor’s degree candidate or recent graduate with a major in Marketing and Communications required. Strong mix of strategy, planning and analytical skills expected. Strong initiative and desire to learn.
