About the job:

The Mentor Method’s Product Manager will contribute meaningfully to the hyper-growth of The Mentor Method at an exciting time in its development, by building and scaling a world-class Enterprise Solution for our customers. You will be responsible for building and executing The Mentor Method product roadmap and growing the product team. You will set and execute a scalable plan to drive business in priority companies and be responsible for overseeing our development team. The ideal candidate has experience performing in-depth tech reviews, working with US-based and offshore teams, can adhere to deadlines, and is willing to ideate, not just execute.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Create and manage product department budget 

• Grow and mentor teams in the agile fulfillment of overall product vision, business needs, and the solution architecture

• Build business knowledge and transform this knowledge into execution through engineering and product teams

• Understand customer needs and proactively determine how to best solve them

• Estimate technical requirements and work with product owners to break down work into technical roadmaps 

• Identify and manage third-party development shops as necessary

• Ensure engineering is delivering on the technical roadmap

• Effective communicator that can translate technical details to the Sales and Marketing teams

• A skilled operator with an entrepreneurial spirit who can understand complex business challenges and turn them into impactful solutions

• 5+ years experience building and leading high-performance teams that surpass goals
