You will set and execute a scalable plan to drive business in priority companies and be responsible for overseeing our development team. • Build business knowledge and transform this knowledge into execution through engineering and product teams

  • Understand customer needs and proactively determine how to best solve them

  • Estimate technical requirements and work with product owners to break down work into technical roadmaps

  • Identify and manage third-party development shops as necessary

  • Ensure engineering is delivering on the technical roadmap

What we’re looking for:

  • Our ideal candidate is an energetic, proactive team player who can simultaneously partner with exec leadership and work hands-on alongside our development team

  • Effective communicator that can translate technical details to the Sales and Marketing teams

  • A strong passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and a personal conviction for the values of career equity for all

  • A skilled operator with an entrepreneurial spirit who can understand complex business challenges and turn them into impactful solutions

  • 5+ years experience building and leading high-performance teams that surpass goals

Where?

The position is virtual, however, being located in Austin, TX is preferred. What you will also get to experience is a company that believes in small teams for maximum impact; seeks well-rounded talent to ensure a full perspective on our customers' experience, understands that this is a marathon, not a sprint; that continuously and purposefully builds an inclusive culture where everyone is able to do and be the best version of themselves.
