About the job:
The Mentor Method’s Product Manager will contribute meaningfully to the hyper-growth of The Mentor Method at an exciting time in its development, by building and scaling a world-class Enterprise Solution for our customers. You will be responsible for building and executing The Mentor Method product roadmap and growing the product team. You will set and execute a scalable plan to drive business in priority companies and be responsible for overseeing our development team. The ideal candidate has experience performing in-depth tech reviews, working with US-based and offshore teams, can adhere to deadlines, and is willing to ideate, not just execute.
What you’ll be doing:

Create and manage product department budget

Grow and mentor teams in the agile fulfillment of overall product vision, business needs, and the solution architecture

Build business knowledge and transform this knowledge into execution through engineering and product teams

Understand customer needs and proactively determine how to best solve them

Estimate technical requirements and work with product owners to break down work into technical roadmaps

Identify and manage third-party development shops as necessary

Ensure engineering is delivering on the technical roadmap
