The Mentor Method wins Audience Impact Award at Seed Spot Demo Day

Last night, The Mentor Method won The Audience Impact Award at Seed Spot’s Demo Day. After 14 weeks of concentrated work and social impact commitment through the Seed Spot, accelerator, Janice Omadeke, founder and CEO of The Mentor Method, shared The Mentor Method story in a 3-minute pitch to nearly 400 people at Seed Spot’s Demo Day. After 8 founders delivered incredible pitches, the audience voted on the venture they thought would have the most impact in the community. The votes were tallied and the company received The Audience Impact Award, which came with a 5,000 dollar prize!

It further confirms that D.C. is ready for a change in the way companies approach diversity and inclusion. D.C. professionals are not willing to settle for poor diversity initiatives. I'm looking forward to the pilots we're launching this Fall to deliver exactly what everyone deserves: intentional and focused workplace inclusion." says Omadeke.
