About the job:
The Mentor Method’s Vice President, Business and Impact Development will contribute meaningfully to the hyper-growth of The Mentor Method at an exciting time in its development, by building and scaling a world class and transformational growth engine within the company. You will be responsible for building and leading The Mentor Method BD team. You will set and execute a scalable plan to drive business in priority companies and be responsible for directly leading new business, and account management.

Strong understanding of how to use CRM’s to track and manage leads and measure performance
What you’ll do:

Drive revenue growth through a combination of inside sales, strategic account planning, cross-selling new products/use cases to existing customers, and targeted new customers

Drive adoption and reduce customer churn

Build a solid operating cadence and team/individual focus around the pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment, and revenue realization

Apply value-based solution selling techniques and develop a culture of relationship-driven growth to move away from price-driven commodity strategies

Recruit and hire top talent providing career development and performance management so that at least 75% exceed quota and we experience no more than 10% regrettable attrition

Provide transparent and consistent management input on the status of the business, results, and quality of our combined execution

An ability to operate independently when necessary

Cultural awareness to assess situations where language, culture and or demographics impact the environment

Possess well-developed communication and presentation skills; able to communicate at the CxO level

Willingness to travel

The position is virtual, however, being located in Austin, TX is preferred. Salary: $120,000-$125,000 plus commission and equity.
