SXSW Innovation at Work Awards
A new element for the 2023 SXSW Innovation Awards is the Innovation at Work Awards, presented by The Mentor Method. Formally known as the Mosaic Awards, these awards acknowledge and celebrate exemplary leadership in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace with a clear, positive impact. These three, new innovation at Work Award categories will be a part of the SXSW Innovation Awards ceremony on Monday, March 13.

Early Entry: Tuesday, August 23, 2022, to 11:59 pm Pacific Time on Thursday, September 29, 2022

Regular Entry: Friday, September 30, 2022, to 11:59 pm Pacific Time on Sunday, November 13, 2022
Late entries will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
A company or person entered into the Awards must have exemplified excellence in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the calendar year 2022 (between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022).
NOMINATION CRITERIA

Each Workplace Innovation Award category acknowledges and celebrates the exemplary impact and results in advancing company diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Each nomination must show external and internal improvements in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

The leadership team must consist of at least 50% underrepresented individuals (Person of Color, LGBTQ+, indigenous, military veterans, and women)

Must have reportable data to support the nomination.
